Thanks MSBoy for that lovely letter ! It is indeed our pleasure to see most of the members now replying and thanking all posts.

I still would like to REMIND you all to ADD REPS to every member whose's post you like. Adding REPS is like gifting some reputation for some one who has worked hard to post these thread for your masala-entertainment. If You add reps to someone, do leave your login id name also in the note, so that if the person whom to Repped wants to THANK you by RETURN-REPS, He knows whom to REP-BAck !:thumbsup: This way You can increase your own REP points without actually starting any threads, although You earn more REPS if U start any thread !

I may have banned some 20 + members so far from MB, but that is becoz of their high level of leechness (No reply for more than a month of Joining IMB :blowup. These kind of Users BLOW my fuse away and I would like to again remind every other leecher who is reading this post, Your May be NEXT !! For some users of IMB, I may be the DEVIL, :devil: The Villan of IMB, but my aim is to BRING AS MUCH APPRECIATION to the person who has posted as I can. It could be you, or my friends at IMB. Afterall, No one who is posting threads here is doing for the money, He does it becoz he wants us all to enjoy masala, and in return, We can say Thank as a token of Good Manner, and ADD to HIS REPS ! I am here for you, with a dedicated team to serve you best of Masala. Within a few days, You will see some great changes, we (Me, MSB, SuperMod and David) are working on the issue.

All I can say is, withing next week or two, there will be changes which will drive you crazy and make YOu thank all Posters
