Did i went wrong admim and mods...(then why negative reps)

Today i joined this forum and started a New Masala Thread (http://www.masala4india.com/showthread.php?t=531)
So i got d reps from david and sauron(Great supermod).....
and some appriciation from admin also.
But d another mod Masala Boy has given me a negative reps.

dear mod if u didnt like my work then directly write that "bakwaas work negative reps for u"...it doesnt matter me.
