Well frnds the meaning of AIDS is
A=Acquired
I=Immune
D=deficiency
S=Syndrome
Well if you are well qualified you might have understand its meaning.To those who still dont understood its meaning lemme xplain

Acquired means taking hold of something(kissi se koi cheez le leni).

Immune is our body immune system(hamari body ka jo defence system hai jo bimari door rakhta hai)

Deficiency is something lesser in our body(Koi kami hamari body ki).

Syndrome is a Complex of symptoms indicating the existence of an undesirable condition(kuch bhi ho sakne ki sambhawana)
