Dude go to www.tinypic.com there click on browse button and select the pic in your computer,then u will be given links after that select link with image tags (eggjample: www.tinypic.com/23....) if u want u put it as INLINE image.

You can also load animations(gif files) with www.tinypic.com

Other image uploading sites are

www.photobucket.com etc
