just thought of sharing my suggestion. You have a small community & y? the hell do you have these many moderators. Roughly a maximum of 2 or 3 working admins, 3 mods are enough I feel.

bhai tum personaly admin ko pm vejo ke itna sare mod ka zaruraat nehi hain ish chota sa community mey........ 2 mod kafi hain.

I personally feel ur pt of view is right........... coz u have the immense experience of DZ. Isn't it?

Lemme explain this clearly to u

Currently we have only 2 mods - Supermod and Luvguru. Myself and MSD work as co-admin and are more focussed toward the maintainence of IMB and controlling other things. To help the two mods that We have , I am recruiting 2 more mods. So we will have roughly 1 mod per 1000 member now, which is a good ratio

Hope u have ur point here. I would like you to understand that since these vbulletins work on real time basis, I would not like to see any bad post coming to IMB and going un-noticed foa a long time coz of lack of MODS. Neither would I or any other member of IMB would like to see it turn inti some cheapo forum full of nudity and assnine ertoica threads. We re here to provide masala content and there is a think line of diff between nudity and masala. Plus the Mods that I am recruting have been proactive members at other forums, hence no doubts on thier functioning or understanding of rules at vbulletin.

dekho bhai having more mods is no way a problem but remember 1 thing if you have more mods as posters than members gradually you might see the post count coming down from the members (or) only the guys who want to become mods do their posts till then turn on to mods. I am not against mods but as "luvguru" said I have been in DZ from almost 15 months on differnt id's though I am much popular as shetty as I have done most post thro' tht id & to say the fact I have joined MB just 4 - 5 months ago thro' my friend (I meant regular visitn basis/posting basis).

You can keep the following way. Increase a mod when your posts go too much higher. The ration has nothing to do with the posts. Just for example you can find many forums on net who have more than 15,000 members but their posts are less than 20,000 which is almost in a ratio of just above 1 post per member. In masala forums the post ratio is always down due to the leechers who are leecers in one forum & post in some other forums.

Anyhow the decision is upto you guys. I just expressed my view. You can take a look at many forums for example see. MB, XB, DZ etc.. they have more than the ration you expressed :)

anyhow you can guarantee of my masala content :P Currently busy with my project so as soon as I complete it will try to be regular bound here.

gud Indian See dude Our admin doesn't participate as much as he should. he is here just for technical part. Me and sauron are the co.admin of this forum who is responsible for all content and management.
And we respect our all valued members who posts thread and entertain our other members so we feel we should give more powers to Sr. member who is working very hard for this Board.
SuperMod, Devil, Luvguru, Devil, and david they all are working very hard and we can't ignore them and we never faced any problem in work n never received any complaint against our mod.
